Step 1: How to Apply

Application form for: CBSE from Nursery to Grade 10

School Fee With Food (breakfast, lunch and snack)

Pre-Nursery to UKG

Grade 1 to Grade 10

Submit the duly filled in form with a cheque of INR 10,000/-as the initial amount and two post- dated cheques of the balance amount (equally divided), dated June 1st and September 1st to be payable in favour of The Jain International School Mulbagal.

Note: Application fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Step 2: Download the wellness form

Attach the duly filled form to the application form

Step 3: Required Documents

Post admission confirmation, below mentioned documents should be submitted within the given date to the school authority

Birth Certificate from the Municipal Corporation / Civic Authorities
A copy of the latest progress report certified by the school in which the student last studied ( if applicable )
2 individual passport size colour photographs of the students and the parents to be enclosed
Transfer Certificate / Migration Certificate (if applicable)
Wellness record duly signed by the physician
